Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging
- Proof of purchase (M-Pesa receipt or order reference) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Software, license keys, and digital products once activated
- Items with broken seals (unless defective on arrival)
- Consumables (toner cartridges, batteries used)
